Hublot has announced a new, limited-edition watch in collaboration with the Premier League.
The Swiss watch manufacturer, who is partnered with the English top flight league in an official timekeeper capacity, has launched a new Big Bang e Premier League evolution watch, as part of its connected Big Bang series.
The watch will include a number of Premier League features, such as a dedicated application, new dial and new strap, in purple, to match the league's iconic colours.
The 200-piece limited-edition watch is powered by Wear OS by Google, and will feature the Hublot Loves Football Premier League app, which will later become available to other Hublot Big Bang Connected e owners.
The app will provide users with animated notifications to alert them to in-game Premier League news including kick-off times, goals, penalties, substitutions, yellow and red cards and time added on. Additionally, it will show team line-ups and VAR decisions.
“In these challenging times, football continues to be a source of much-needed joy for fans all over the world," started Hublot CEO, Ricardo Guadalupe.
"Hublot loves football and continues to partner with the game’s greatest competitions. It’s our privilege to introduce the Hublot Big Bang e Premier League, a connected watch designed to bring passionate fans even closer to the world’s most-watched league.
"Hublot is really proud to be working with the Premier League and to be creating memorable experiences for people who love watches and love football."
It was announced in September 2020 that Hublot would become the Premier League's official timekeeper, bringing to an end its four-year affiliation with TAG Heuer.
